Thank you, Elmhurst! The Gracik Makinney group is proud to announce that we have been selected as a 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent by Chicago magazine.
The Five Star Professional group partners each year with the magazine to determine the real estate agents in the area who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction to customers and professional service to peers.
Those surveyed included local residents who bought a home costing more than $150,000 in the last year, subscribers to Chicago magazine, and 250 local mortgage and title companies.
Here’s how the magazine describes the award:
The Five Star Professional research team contacted clients, peers and industry experts and asked if they had experience working with a real estate agent. Those who participated in the research provided the name of a real estate agent and rated that individual according to criteria such as integrity, communication and customer service.
This is a very prestigious award, and we want to again thank everyone in the Elmhurst area who gave us the great recommendations that placed us among such an elite group of agents.
